LEAGUE RULES
Rosters and Subs
- All players must be at least 18 years old.
- Roster cap = 10 players.
- During regular season, anyone is allowed to sub (inside or outside the league) as long as they complete the waiver.
- During playoffs, only rostered players are allowed.
- Roster can be updated until 2 weeks before playoffs.
Female Requirement
General Rule
At least 1 female must be on the court at all times.
Rotating Substitutions (6–10 Players)
- If rotating 6–8 players: Minimum 2 females required in the rotation.
- If rotating 9–10 players: Minimum 3 females required in the rotation.
- Teams may rotate normally.
- Some rotations may have only 1 female on the court, which is allowed.
- You cannot have a rotation with no females on the court.
Player-for-Player Substitutions
Teams must have 2 females on the court at all times, with one exception.
If a female libero has already served for one middle hitter, she may leave the court while the second middle hitter is serving. During this specific situation:
- Having only 1 female on the court is allowed.
- Once your team loses serve, the libero must re-enter the court immediately.
- Having a machine middle is not allowed.
Scoring
- During regular season, all sets are straight to 25. No win by 2.
- During playoffs, sets are win by 2 until 27.
